Rental Agreement Terms

1. The renter agrees to return the vehicle on the agreed return date and in substantially the same condition, ordinary wear excepted.

2. The renter is responsible for lawful use of the vehicle and for any tickets, tolls, damage, loss, or other charges caused by the renter during the rental period, subject to applicable law and the rental agreement.

3. No out-of-state travel is permitted unless 7MS gives written approval in advance.

4. The renter acknowledges that 7MS may use GPS and speed monitoring on the rental vehicle for safety, fleet management, and contract enforcement, subject to applicable law.

5. The renter agrees to follow all applicable traffic laws and to notify 7MS promptly about accidents, damage, mechanical problems, or other issues involving the vehicle.

6. The renter agrees to the rental dates, weekly price, deposit, and payment amounts shown above.

7. Acceptance of this agreement records the renter's electronic acceptance of the 7MS Rental Agreement v1.
